I purchased a pair of poufs in lieu of an ottoman bc I wanted something that was ower maintenance. I got THIS item bc it said it had a zipper that allowed you to remove the cover for cleaning and restuffing (no zipper pull; you'd need to use a paperclip). The instructions in the box ALSO say you can open the pouf to restuff or wash.What I got was a zipper that has been COVERED in glue/epoxy--and it covers the zipper and the first inch or so of the track, and melds into the fabric. And it was not just one--it was both. There is no way to remove all of the epoxy and open the track--it's in the fabric, embedded in the zipper, etc.I have pets. I need restuffable poufs. I NEED washable covers. I have a cat whose favorite passtime is barfing. On stuff. Always on stuff. That is why I searched high and low for a pouf with a removeable cover. What the hell am I supposed to do with this? Try and find a way to return these enormous boxes?Exactly what I was looking for! Very nice and a good firmness.I bought this primarily because of the design, which IS cool. Texture and aesthetics of this pouf are nice, but holy hell it is too firm for a foot ottoman. Might make a great seat or a decorative corner piece to put stuff on, but there was ZERO give in it unlike other brands where you can tell there are beads in it.Beautifully made, whimsical, fun, compliments galore.
